Romtrad
Visualising the weight of emotion.
Romtrad, short for Romantic Tragedy, is a personal visual exploration of how emotion shapes perception. Through a series of conceptual compositions, I experimented with representing life's contrasts, moments of progress and stagnation, clarity and confusion, hope and despair.
Rather than documenting reality, the project explores how internal emotions can distort the way we experience the world. It challenged me to translate abstract feelings into visual form using composition, colour, distortion, lighting, and symbolism, strengthening my ability to communicate ideas that cannot be explained with words alone.
