Designing for Continuity

For the RCCG Ondo Province 1 Youth Convention, I built and led a team of volunteer and junior designers to create a cohesive visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. Beyond designing, I established the creative direction, mentored the team, and worked closely with printers to ensure consistency from concept to production.

The project taught me that strong design systems create continuity. When the vision is clear, teams can build confidently, experiences remain consistent, and the work continues long after the project is complete.
